Steak Constaintine Recipe:
- 2 Pieces 6 oz. each fillet Mignon
- 1/2 Cup virgin olive oir
- 3/4 Cup sliced onion
- 3/4 Cup sliced mushroom
- 4 Garlic cloves slice
When steak is ready, strain the olive oil
- Add steak to pan
- Add 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
- Add 3/4 Cup brown gravy
- Add 3/4 Cup Au jus
- Add 2 Table spoons of butter
- Drench in some flour
- Stir into pan, let it simmer for a few minutes, then serve.
Rissoto:
- 2 Lbs Rissoto
- 2 oz. Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 1 Table spoon chopped garlic
- 1 Table spoon chicken seasoning
- 64 oz Water
Combine all ingredients in pan then bring it to boil.
Add Rissot then put it in the ove for 20 minutes then serve.
Bouillabaisse Seafood
- 1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Canola) -- Do NOT Strain
- 1 King Crab leg
- 3 Pieces Grouper
- 3 Pieces Halibut
- 6 Medium Scallops
- 6 Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 Lobster Tail
- 6 Mussels
- 6 Clams
Bouillabaisse Sauce
- 1/2 Diced Tomato
- 1 Cup of Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 Diced Onion
- 1 Oz. Brandy
- Chopped Basil
- 2 oz. Clam juice
