Steak Constaintine Recipe:
  • 2 Pieces 6 oz. each fillet Mignon
  • 1/2 Cup virgin olive oir
  • 3/4 Cup sliced onion
  • 3/4 Cup sliced mushroom
  • 4 Garlic cloves slice
When steak is ready, strain the olive oil
  • Add steak to pan
  • Add 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
  • Add 3/4 Cup brown gravy
  • Add 3/4 Cup Au jus
  • Add 2 Table spoons of butter
  • Drench in some flour
  • Stir into pan, let it simmer for a few minutes, then serve.
Rissoto:
  • 2 Lbs Rissoto
  • 2 oz. Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 Table spoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Table spoon chicken seasoning
  • 64 oz Water
Combine all ingredients in pan then bring it to boil. Add Rissot then put it in the ove for 20 minutes then serve.

Bouillabaisse Seafood
  • 1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Canola) -- Do NOT Strain
  • 1 King Crab leg
  • 3 Pieces Grouper
  • 3 Pieces Halibut
  • 6 Medium Scallops
  • 6 Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 Lobster Tail
  • 6 Mussels
  • 6 Clams
Bouillabaisse Sauce
  • 1/2 Diced Tomato
  • 1 Cup of Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 Diced Onion
  • 1 Oz. Brandy
  • Chopped Basil
  • 2 oz. Clam juice
